Well here comes my next post. And its all about Benaras and sweets. If you visit Benaras you should try sweets. The first and foremost is rabri. Well if you don't know what rabri is , let me explain: It is liquid sweetmeat made by concentrated milk. When you take it in your mouth you will feel like tasting " amrito". But mind it Rabri is not available in all the sweet shops. Next comes the Penra. Kasi is famous for its Penra made of pure Kheer. The most famous sweet shop in Kasi in Kheer Sagar and you can try out different items there. The tea and lassi in Benaras is different from other Parts of India. You can feel the purity of milk by the taste. And how can you leave Benaras without having a Benarasi Pan. So, visit Benaras and get a sweet tooth.
